GDITC - Nundle - Projects

Last post about Nundle, promise.

These are the projects Anni Downs designed for our Day Out. They will be released as patterns soon.

This is the purse, made in felted wool. I have not started mine as I wanted to concentrate on getting it right. I have always wondered how the purse part was attached to the frame and now I know. It's not as daunting as you'd think.

This is a wall hanging and what I worked on. I'm looking forward to doing this also, as I have never done needle-turned applique. This will be a good small project to do it on.

As a bonus, Anni designed this chatelaine, using some of the embroidery from the wall hanging.

One of the many highlights of the day was seeing in the 'flesh' Anni's designs. We were able to see and touch her creative projects. Very inspiring! I can only hope mine will turn out looking half as good as hers.

I'm off with a neighbour today to Craft Expo. I'll have to keep a firm grip on my purse. I know I just promised a last post on Nundle, but I haven't shown you my purchases.

I wonder if hubbie reads this blog...... ;-)

Take care,
Kayly.
